Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
We completely understand if the product didn't work out. We will gladly accept returns. Please note, return packages and any return costs involved are the responsibility of the customers.
- We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- You will have to make your own arrangements to ship it back to us using your choice of courier services.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will process your refund.
- For Green Returns related, please note we will deduct only the shipping fee.
How do I return?
- Click returns tab on home page
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days from the date of delivery
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted items
- Do it yourself
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We don't accept exchanges.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
How do I ship back the items?
Please ship back using your own shipping or courier services. Shipping related costs to be paid by the shipper.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7- 10 working days after approval.
