1)What is your refund policy ?
We completely understand if the product didn't work out. We will gladly accept returns on unused and sellable products only.
We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note all return packages and return costs involved are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions of return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. We will do our best to resolve the issue to ensure our client is satisfied with the resolution. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

2) Do you provide International shipping? Is shipping free on your products?
We do international shipping to most countries including USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, India, Australia, NewZealand and Japan.

3) What is the estimated delivery time?
Please note since our products are made on demand and not housed in stock to avoid wastage and scrapping of distressed products, the delivery turnaround time typically ranges from 2-4 Weeks.
We don't do redirects so please ensure you provide the correct address.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

5) What can you tell about customs and import taxes?
Clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Poet Friend team will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
6) What is the delivery schedule?

7) What is Biodegradable?

EcoCart is a checkbox option available at the checkout flow, with an option to add a few extra cents to your order to make it carbon neutral.
EcoCart directs the carbon offset funds to certified carbon offset projects like planting trees or building wind farms. All of the projects are independently certified to internationally recognized standards. In addition to the carbon reduction, EcoCart takes pride on the fact that all of their projects include an element of social good such as protecting an endangered species of animal, or creating local jobs.
10) What is Carbon Neutral?
“Carbon Neutral” means that EcoCart will eliminate, capture, or otherwise mitigate all of the carbon emissions created from making products to shipping them to your door.
